HOW TO USE
- In order to secure perfect bonding, it is recommended to pre-treat the surface by removing moisture, dust, grease, rust, paint, oxide and all other foreign matters from the bonding surface before application of Selleys Epoxy Fix Super Steel.
- To obtain the best bonding result, suitable primer is recommended to be used on bonding surfaces before applying the adhesive.
- Mix Part A with Part B thoroughly in a ratio of 1 : 1 by volume. After mixing, use all the mixed adhesive within 5 minutes.
- Apply a thin layer of Selleys Epoxy Fix Super Steel mixture on both side of the bonding surfaces.
- Assemble bonding surface before mixture become gel.
- After assemble, a suitable pressure is apply on the bonding surface to ensure the mixture would spread evenly and thoroughly between the bonding surfaces.
- Allow cure time for 15 minutes. The mixture will be fully cure after 2 hours.
HANDY TIPS
The application should be carried out in a well-ventilated area.
Provided the adhesives are stored in dry and cool air-tight containers, the storage stability will be at least 12 months (before mixing) from the day of delivery ex-works.
CAUTION
- Flush immediately with water if spilled on skin.
- If spilled on eye, flush immediately with water and seek oculist treatment immediately.
